關(guān)于c-fos抗體有兩個(gè)問題：

首先，您是否更新了產(chǎn)品？包裝瓶和說明書與我們購(gòu)買的產(chǎn)品不同以前。新說明書上寫的是100μl特異性抗體（凍干），復(fù)原時(shí)加100μl H2O，舊說明書上說是50μg特異性抗體（凍干），復(fù)原時(shí)加入50μl H2O，得到1mg/ml PBS溶液。

第二，我是否應(yīng)該像新的使用說明書一樣，溶解反主體？加入100μl水溶解抗體可以嗎？

該產(chǎn)品是一種多克隆抗體，新批次的生產(chǎn)非常具有挑戰(zhàn)性。為了保證我們的客戶有穩(wěn)定的質(zhì)量，我們決定將抗體的形式從μg改為μl。這樣我們就可以小心地調(diào)整產(chǎn)品，以避免大批量的變化。客戶現(xiàn)在得到的產(chǎn)品總是在相同的稀釋范圍內(nèi)工作。事實(shí)上，客戶從一個(gè)小瓶中得到的染色/化驗(yàn)數(shù)量甚至比之前的批次增加了一倍。

Dear Daisy,

thank you for your question. As you may have already noticed #226003 is one of our best selling products and the demand is still increasing.
This product is a polyclonal antibody and the production of new batches is very challenging. To guarantuee a constant quality for our customers we decided to change from a μg to a μl format of the antibody. This way we can adjust the product carefully to avoid huge batch to batch variations. The customer now gets a product that always works in the same dilution range. In fact the amont of stainings / assays the customer gets out of one vial hase even been doubled compared to the batch before.
