主要生產線

（1）人血小板因子4（Platelet Factor 4 human）

血小板因子4（PF4；也稱為CXCL4）在巨核細胞和血小板中合成。血小板因子 4是一種由70個氨基酸組成的蛋白質，由活化血小板的α顆粒釋放。它的主要生理作用似乎是中和血管內皮表面的分子，從而抑制局部抗凝血酶III活性并促進凝血。作為中性粒細胞和成纖維細胞的強化學引誘劑，PF4可能在炎癥和傷口修復中發揮作用。Oncostatin-A是CXC趨化素家族的成員。人PF4用于證明誘導的血小板減少癥。此外，它還用作腫瘤治療期間血管生成的抑制劑。

chromatec提供重組人血小板因子4、親和素標記的人血小板因子4、人血小板因子4重組變體、以及抗人血小板因子4抗體系列產品。

（2）顆粒溶素（Granuylsin）

顆粒溶素（GNLY）是細胞毒顆粒蛋白，與穿孔素和顆粒酶共同定位于人的細胞毒T淋巴細胞（CTL）和自然殺傷細胞（NK）溶細胞顆粒中，也釋放至健康人和患者外周血中。GNLY是機體抵抗多種病原微生物和殺滅腫瘤細胞的重要物質。

（3）血小板膜糖蛋白II b / III a（glycoprotein II b / III a）

chromatec提供分離自人血小板的血小板膜糖蛋白II b / III a。
